Any orders containing pre-order items will ship upon the pre-order release date.

- We ship to UK addresses using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- We ship to Europe using Royal Mail International Standard.
- We ship to USA, Canada, Australia and East Asia using Royal Mail International Tracked.
We may be able to ship to other territories and offer expedited shipping options upon request. Please email [email protected] to enquire.
Please note - for non-UK orders you may be required to pay additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance charges.
Once orders are received, we will endeavour to ship items within 48 hours.

RETURNS:
- If an item is returned due to the customer giving an incorrect/incomplete address, or failing to collect (from a local depot) an undelivered item, the original postage charges will not be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL:
- Local customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please note we do not accept returns on the basis you did not pay locally (or anticipate having to pay locally) your governments import duties when ordering.
- All such taxes and extra charges are outside of our control.
